Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Anaplan Senior Model Builder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Anaplan modelling principles, best practices, and a proven track record of delivering complex, high-performance models. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.


Key Responsibilities:

Model Design and Development:

  • Design, develop, and maintain complex Anaplan models to support business processes and decision-making.
  • Ensure model accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
  • Collaborate with business users to understand requirements and translate them into effective Anaplan solutions.

Data Integration and Management:

  • Perform data analysis, mapping, and integration to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  • Develop data flows, transformations, and integrations to connect Anaplan models with other systems.

Performance Optimization:

  • Identify and optimize model performance bottlenecks.
  • Implement techniques to improve calculation speed and reduce load times.

User Training and Support:

  • Develop and deliver training materials and documentation for end-users.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for model issues.

Best Practices and Innovation:

  • Stay up to date with the latest Anaplan features and best practices.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage Anaplan's capabilities to drive business value.
  • Contribute to the development of reusable model components and libraries.


Required Skills and Experience:

  • Strong proficiency in Anaplan modelling, including blueprints, modules, actions, time dimensions, and calculations.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including data manipulation, pivot tables, and formulas.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with data integration and ETL processes.
  • Experience with Anaplan's security and governance features.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain with min. 5+ years in consulting of supply chain solutions
  • Experience in the full development life cycle of at least 3 Anaplan models
  • Should have completed trainings of Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 Anaplan Model Building
  • Should be certified Anaplan Model Builder.
