Vice President/ Assistant Vice President – Construction Practice
We will count on you to:
- Business developments and client engagement
- Provide advice to clients on insurance policies and risk management for infrastructure projects.
- Analyze insurance policies and make recommendations to clients based on their needs.
- Develop relationships with clients and insurance providers.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Assist clients in claims and provide support throughout the claims process.
- Work closely with other members of the team to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
What you need to have:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or related field from an IIT, NIT or other leading institution.
- 7+ years of relevant experience in the insurance industry, preferably for construction business.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and insurance providers.
- Knowledge of insurance regulations and compliance.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail and presentation skills
- Experience in project or contractor management with Infra companies will be an added advantage
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
