  • Develop clear and concise technical specifications for each service or component of the platform.
  • Create visually appealing diagrams and visualizations to illustrate the platform's architecture and components.
  • Work closely with technical teams to understand their requirements and ensure that documentation accurately reflects the platform's design.
  • Review and proofread documentation to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
  • Create and maintain knowledge bases and training materials to support platform adoption and maintenance


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technical Writing, or a related field.
  • Strong technical writing skills, with a focus on clarity, conciseness, and accuracy.
  • Experience in creating technical documentation for complex software systems.
  • Knowledge of software development methodologies and architectures
  • Familiarity with technical diagramming tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart).
  • Ability to learn new technologies and concepts quickly.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
