Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Personal Secretary to support our Female Director. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and facilitating communication to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Director’s calendar, including scheduling appointments and meetings.
  • Prepare and organize documents for meetings and presentations.
  • Handle correspondence and communication on behalf of the Director.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Assist with special projects as required.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a personal secretary or in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
