Job Description


Annora Pharma is seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Assurance Specialist in Training- Assistant Manager Position to join our Quality Assurance team. This role is critical in ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance within our organization. The QA-Trainer Assistant Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing quality assurance training programs, while also managing a team of QA professionals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, Develop and implement comprehensive QA training programs to ensure all staff are knowledgeable and compliant with industry standards and regulations.
  • Manage Training Related activities using Software Nichelon & EPIC.
  • Prepare Presentation (Microsoft PPT) of Training Procedures
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops on QA processes, SOPs, GMP, GLP, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and create customized training solutions.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to improve quality and efficiency.
  • Lead and mentor a team of QA professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in QA to keep training content relevant and current
  • Prepare and maintain detailed training records, reports, and documentation for internal and external audits.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance policies and procedures.
  • Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the organization.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree/Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Master’s degree is Science or related field.
  • 9 - 11years of experience in Quality Assurance within QA Training.
  • Special Skill required is Software: QAMS, DMS, NICHELON & EPIC
  • In-depth knowledge of GMP, GLP, FDA, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Proven experience in developing and delivering effective QA training programs. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
