Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Techylla. In this role, you will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, hiring, employer branding, interviewing, and recruiting. The position is primarily located in the Kolkata metropolitan area, but some remote work is acceptable.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree/Master’s Degree/MBA specialized in HR or Finance is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 1+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.

Skills

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills is mandatory.
  • Strong negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment databases and tools.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Responsibilities

  • Recruitment:

Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.

Post job advertisements on various platforms, including job boards and social media.

Review and screen resume and applications.

Conduct initial interviews to assess applicants’ skills, knowledge, and cultural fit.

Coordinate with hiring managers to determine position requirements.

Organize and facilitate hiring procedures and scheduling interviews with the hiring manger.

Manage and update candidate information in our recruitment database.

Build a pipeline of talent by regularly communicating with potential candidates.

Stay up-to-date with current recruiting methods and best practices.


  • Admin Work:

Coordinate with the accounts team to manage vendor negotiations or take up the responsibilities which will come on your day-to-day activities.

Ensure compliance with labor regulations.

Maintain accurate records and documentation related to recruitment and administrative processes.

Assist with employer branding initiatives and develop a strong employer brand.
