Hiring for Senior Process Executive at Bangalore Location


Job Location: Bangalore

Qualification: Any graduate

Shift: 24/7

Experience: 1-3 years

Role: UK Payroll

Notice Period: Immediate


NOTE: Immediate joiners Only.


JOB DESCRIPTION

· Maintains payroll processing system and records by gathering, calculating, and inputting data such as New hire, leavers, salary changes, overtime, commissions etc.

· Strong knowledge on UK Tax codes, National Insurance and Statutory benefits.

· Answers staff questions about wages, deductions, attendance, and time records

· Receives and coordinates requests for leave and other absences such as maternity and paternity leaves.

· Handles changes in exemptions, job status, and job titles.

· Adheres to payroll policies and procedures and complies with relevant law.

· Identifies, investigates, and resolves discrepancies in timesheet and payroll records.

· Processes company’s payroll every pay period

· Validate payroll reports to ensure 100% accuracy.

· Well-versed with post payroll reporting and statutory filings.

Payroll Job Skills and Qualifications: -


Excellent Mathematical Skills, Accounting and Bookkeeping Skills, Attention to Detail, Good Communication, Capable of Working with Minimal Supervision, Follows Instructions Well, Competent with Spreadsheets, Familiar with Payroll Software (WORKDAY & ADP systems), Basic Understanding of Tax Procedures, Familiarity with Benefits and Other Wage Deductions, Multi-Tasking Abilities, Ability to Work on a Deadline, Sound Decision-Making Skills.
