Responsibilities:

  • Designing, iterating, and refining user inter faces wit h a user-first approach for our AI platform
  • Simplifying complex data into accessible, intuitive inter faces for diverse user personas
  • Expanding and maintaining our design system and component library to ensure a consistent visual identity
  • Integrating t he latest industry trends and UI best practices into our product
  • Assisting team members wit h marketing material designs to meet deadlines
  • Collaborating wit h product managers, developers, and designers to craft innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Product Design, UI/UX Design, or a related field; Master ’s preferred
  • 4+ years of UI/UX design experience wit h web or mobile applications
  • Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, or similar
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, usability, problem-solving, and product thinking
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment and adapt to evolving project requirements
  • Skilled in presenting and advocating design solutions to stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.


Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience designing AI-driven applications or tools
  • Knowledge of design systems and component libraries
  • Basic front-end development skills for better communication wit h engineers
