Job Title: Senior User Experience Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior User Experience Designer to join our team at Victrix Systems & Labs. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and user-centered designs for our digital products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
  • Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and inform design decisions.
  • Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to illustrate design ideas and concepts.
  • Design and document user flows to ensure a seamless user experience.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and other designers, to ensure the successful implementation of designs.
  • Contribute to and maintain the company's design system and style guide.
  • Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and users into iterative design improvements.
  • Ensure designs are accessible and inclusive, adhering to best practices and industry standards.
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
  • A degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your design work, including examples of UI designs, UX processes, and user research.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, InVision, or similar.
  • Understanding of current design trends, responsive design principles, and best practices in UX.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • High attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality designs.
  • Ability to think critically and solve design challenges with a user-centered approach.
Nice-to-Have:
  • Experience with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with motion design and animation tools.
  • Experience working in Agile or Scrum development environments.
