Social Media/Community Management Intern:

We're on the hunt for a creative and driven Social Media/Community Management Intern to join our team. Whether you're a hashtag hero or a trend tracker, we're looking for someone with a finger on the pulse of all things social media.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop creative and engaging content ideas for social media.
  • Create and manage monthly content calendars to align with marketing goals. Schedule posts for the best times to increase reach.
  • Engage with online communities, responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
  • Spearhead UGC initiatives for brands. 
  • Identify and collaborate with content creators, including negotiations and content approvals.
  • Keep up with social media trends and use them to create relevant content.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics, and create monthly reports with insights and suggestions.
  • Manage paid social media campaigns, including post boosting and budgeting.


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • While we welcome degrees from all fields, what we’re really looking for is your passion and know-how when it comes to social media. 
  • Experience using social media management tools for scheduling and analytics.
  • Strong communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proactive and creative mindset.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • An interest in the social world, including emerging trends and consumer behavior.
