We’re Hiring: Network Engineer – Firewall Implementation (Level 2) - Pune (MH)Join our Managed Security Services (MSS) Team and play a key role in implementing, managing, and maintaining client firewalls and switches. This dual-role opportunity is ideal for professionals passionate about network security, firewall management, and continuous learning.Key Responsibilities:Deploy, configure, and support client firewalls and network infrastructureMonitor, triage, and respond to firewall and VPN-related incidentsCollaborate with Network Engineers and SOC teams for effective resolutionMentor SOC team members on network and firewall operationsCreate and maintain documentation, playbooks, and incident use casesProvide remote support for client firewalls, VPNs, and connectivity issuesParticipate in after-hours maintenance and on-call support as requiredYou’ll also:Stay current with technical forums, tools, and best practicesContribute to continuous improvement of SOC processes and scalabilityExperience:Minimum 10+ years of hands-on experience in firewall management, networking, and security technologiesTechnical Skills:Strong knowledge of Fortinet or Cisco firewallsExperience administering DNS, DHCP, NTP, and other core network servicesProven ability to analyze, triage, and resolve network and firewall-related incidentsSolid troubleshooting experience in technical environmentsExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsCommitment to providing superior customer servicePreferred Certifications:(Any of the following or equivalent)CCENT, CCNA, NSE4+, or PCNSECertifications from Cisco, Fortinet, Microsoft, CompTIA Network+, or Security+If you’re a proactive network professional who enjoys hands-on technical work and mentoring others, we’d love to connect
