Job Summary:

WTF Gyms is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Sales and Operations Manager to spearhead sales growth and operational excellence across all our gym locations. The ideal candidate will leverage data-driven strategies and innovative approaches to maximize revenue while ensuring seamless gym operations. This role demands leadership, strategic thinking, and a passion for driving performance in a competitive fitness market.

Key Responsibilities:Sales Growth and Revenue Optimization
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase memberships, personal training packages, and other revenue streams.
  • Analyze sales performance data across all gyms to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to execute campaigns that drive foot traffic and conversions.
  • Lead the creation of membership packages, promotions, and incentives tailored to market needs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients to drive bulk memberships and partnerships.
Operational Excellence
  • Oversee daily gym operations, ensuring a consistent and high-quality experience for members.
  • Implement standardized operating procedures across all gym locations to ensure efficiency and consistency.
  • Monitor gym performance metrics, including attendance, member retention, and customer satisfaction.
  • Address operational bottlenecks and introduce scalable solutions for growth.
Data-Driven Decision Making
  • Generate and analyze detailed reports on sales performance, member behavior, and revenue trends.
  • Use insights from data to drive strategic decisions and set achievable targets.
  • Implement and utilize CRM tools for tracking sales leads and member engagement.
Team Leadership and Collaboration
  • Lead and mentor gym managers, sales teams, and front desk executives to achieve their targets.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement across all locations.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to upskill teams in sales, customer service, and operations.
Revenue Diversification
  • Identify and implement new revenue opportunities, such as events, workshops, or retail offerings.
  • Collaborate with the fitness team to enhance personal training and group class participation.
Key Metrics for Success:
  • Monthly and annual revenue growth across all gym locations.
  • Membership acquisition and retention rates.
  • Personal training and add-on service sales.
  • Operational efficiency metrics, including staff productivity and member satisfaction scores.
  • Achievement of corporate partnership and B2B sales targets.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or related fields (MBA preferred).
  • 7+ years of experience in sales and operations, preferably in the fitness or service industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM and sales management tools.
  • Passion for fitness and understanding of gym operations is a plus.
