Job Description:

NNIIT is looking for enthusiastic Inside Sales Manager to support our B2C sales initiatives in the K9 and K12 education segments. This is an on-site role where you’ll connect directly with prospective clients, promoting our courses and counselling them on how our offerings can meet their educational needs. Leads will be provided by the company, with daily call targets to drive enrolments.


Responsibilities:

  • Make 200-250 cold calls daily, to connect with potential clients, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable courses.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a positive experience from initial contact through enrolment.
  • Identify and counsel clients on the benefits of our courses, addressing concerns and helping them make informed decisions.
  • Track progress in CRM tools, manage leads, and ensure regular follow-ups for maximum client engagement. Also help the team with it.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and the competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to the management team on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master's degree in a relevant field, with a basic understanding of JEE and NEET exams.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Telugu, with strong counselling and persuasive abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage high call volumes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a proactive approach to achieving sales goals.
