Job Description:

The Relationship Manager will be responsible for identifying, and onboarding trusted Guides,

Coaches and Spiritual Masters onto the platform. This role will also manage

these partnerships so that they align with our business goals and drive value to our partners

and our consumers. This role will involve working closely with internal and external

stakeholders to grow our market presence and drive business growth.


Key Areas of Responsibility:

● Identify, Develop and Guide Partnerships:

● Research and identify potential guides who align with the company’s strategic vision, objectives and guidelines.

● Initiate and cultivate relationships with guides and their organizations where relevant

● Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements.

● Manage and nurture relationships with existing guides to ensure ongoing collaboration and mutual benefit.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, product, and customer support, to ensure the smooth execution and success of partnership initiatives.

● Monitor the performance of partnerships and ensure they meet established goals and objectives.

● Communicate partnership progress and outcomes to internal stakeholders.


Qualifications & Skills:

● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

● 5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or a related role.

● Proven track record of successfully managing and growing strategic partnerships.

● Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

● Experience or a personal interest in the spiritual wellness space is preferred

● Excellent organizational and project management skills.

● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
