Job Description:

● You will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing our content strategy, ensuring that

our offerings resonate with individuals seeking spiritual insights and personal development.

Key Areas of Responsibility

● Produce compelling and insightful written, and multimedia content, including articles,

blog posts, marketing copy and social media posts. Focus will be conceptualization

and development of persuasive, high-conversion copy across a range of platforms.

● Collaborating across cross functional teams including but not limited to user journeys

(on app and website) and content across marketing channels to integrate relevant

content at critical touch points

● Overseeing content calendar management, content distribution, and establishing

editorial guidelines to ensure brand consistency and alignment with company

objectives.

● Collaborate with spiritual leaders, authors, and practitioners to incorporate diverse

perspectives into our content.

● Manage and enhance our brand presence on community platforms like Reddit,

Quora, Discord, and various online forums, ensuring engagement, responsiveness,

and alignment with brand values.

● Analysis and evaluation of content effectiveness through the analytics tools,

leveraging acquired insights to iteratively enhance and optimize content for improved

audience engagement.


Qualifications & Requirements:

● Bachelor's degree

● Ideating and articulating content ideas in a manner that is engaging and easily

understood by consumers

● Excellent writing, editing, and proof-reading skills

● 3/4 years of work experience at on online platform or digital publication/agency.
