We are seeking a motivated and energetic Sr. Designer. We cover a large range of

creative digital projects, platforms, and campaigns to create experiences. We are

looking for a talented Sr Designer who comes with combination of Motion/video first

cum Graphic communication role& also can lead & manage design team.

Ultimately, as a Sr Lead you should be able to bring sight, aesthetics and sound

together in order to tell a cohesive story.


Responsibilities

Oversee all design projects, from conception to delivery

Design original pieces, including illustrations and info graphics

Review junior designers work to ensure high quality

Refine images, fonts and layouts using graphic design software

Apply typography techniques

Generate ideas to portray concepts and advertise products/services

Increase user friendliness in digital products

Maintain brand consistency throughout all our marketing projects

Liaise with marketing and design teams to ensure deadlines are met

Stay up-to-date with industry developments and tools

Manage Team & Design deliverables


Requirements

Experience: 2 - 6 years

Candidates should be able to work independently and should have great designing and visualising

expertise, to convert briefs into visually engaging layouts.

Should have worked on digital media campaigns, print ads, brochures, mailers and digital media.

Candidates should have complete knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop,

Good Understanding of Adobe Suite is must
