Job Summary:

As the Human Resource Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. You will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives. The goal is to promote corporate values and enable business success through human resources management, including job design, recruitment, performance management, training & development, employment cycle changes, talent management, and facilities management services.


Key Responsibilities:

- Recruitment & Onboarding:

 - Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

 - Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.

 - Develop and maintain a strong employer brand to attract high-quality applicants.


- Employee Relations:

 - Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.

 - Foster a positive working environment through employee engagement initiatives.

 - Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting thorough and objective investigations when necessary.


- Performance Management:

 - Implement performance management processes that align with company goals.

 - Provide coaching and guidance to managers on performance management and improvement plans.

 - Conduct regular performance reviews and feedback sessions.


- Compliance & Legal:

 - Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

 - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices and regulatory changes.

 - Manage and oversee HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are up-to-date and communicated effectively to all employees.


- Training & Development:

 - Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and career development.

 - Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars.

 - Support leadership development and succession planning initiatives.


- HR Strategy & Planning:

 - Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

 - Partner with senior management to identify HR priorities and recommend solutions.

 - Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the HR function.


- Compensation & Benefits:

 - Manage the company’s compensation and benefits programs.

 - Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis to ensure competitive pay structures.

 - Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration.


Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.

- Minimum of 8 years of experience in a Human Resource role, preferably in a startup or tech environment.

- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

- Proficiency in HRMS and other HR software tools.
