One of our early-stage SaaS portfolio companies is building a category-leading open-source solution in the Kubernetes space, and they are looking for a Solution Architect to join the team as they continue to hyper-scale.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for verifying and implementing the detailed technical design solutionAlign the internal technical delivery to customer initiatives and customer’s internal operating modelsBuild key trusted relationships with key stakeholders in customer’s organizationsManage customer escalations by working with the customer and internal engineering teams in resolving critical issuesEducate customers with the correct technical knowledgeCreate and update technical documentation as neededBuild tools and automation in accordance with the company’s needsQualificationsAt least 6+ years of experienceBachelor of Arts/Science or equivalent degree in computer science or a related area of studyHands-on experience with KubernetesExperience in DevOps methodologies, tools and automationAble to communicate with internal and external senior managementCustomer relationship management and account planning skillsSomeone excited about the 0 to 1 journeyPlease apply to this role directly on LinkedIn.
