Solution Architect | Early-stage SaaS Portfolio Company

One of our early-stage SaaS portfolio companies is building a category-leading open-source solution in the Kubernetes space, and they are looking for a Solution Architect to join the team as they continue to hyper-scale.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for verifying and implementing the detailed technical design solution
- Align the internal technical delivery to customer initiatives and customer’s internal operating models
- Build key trusted relationships with key stakeholders in customer’s organizations
- Manage customer escalations by working with the customer and internal engineering teams in resolving critical issues
- Educate customers with the correct technical knowledge
- Create and update technical documentation as needed
- Build tools and automation in accordance with the company’s needs
Qualifications
- At least 6+ years of experience
- Bachelor of Arts/Science or equivalent degree in computer science or a related area of study
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes
- Experience in DevOps methodologies, tools and automation
- Able to communicate with internal and external senior management
- Customer relationship management and account planning skills
- Someone excited about the 0 to 1 journey
