One of our early-stage SaaS portfolio companies is building a category-leading open-source solution in the Kubernetes space, and they are looking for a Solution Architect to join the team as they continue to hyper-scale.


Responsibilities

  • Responsible for verifying and implementing the detailed technical design solution
  • Align the internal technical delivery to customer initiatives and customer’s internal operating models
  • Build key trusted relationships with key stakeholders in customer’s organizations
  • Manage customer escalations by working with the customer and internal engineering teams in resolving critical issues
  • Educate customers with the correct technical knowledge
  • Create and update technical documentation as needed
  • Build tools and automation in accordance with the company’s needs


Qualifications

  • At least 6+ years of experience
  • Bachelor of Arts/Science or equivalent degree in computer science or a related area of study
  • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes
  • Experience in DevOps methodologies, tools and automation
  • Able to communicate with internal and external senior management
  • Customer relationship management and account planning skills
  • Someone excited about the 0 to 1 journey
