Job Title: Optimization Manager



Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Optimization Manager with 5-7 years of experience to join our team, focusing on continuous improvement and leading optimization strategies for our marketing automation tool, Eloqua. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing optimization, a deep understanding of Eloqua, and the ability to drive strategic initiatives that enhance campaign performance and efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:


  1. Develop and implement optimization strategies to improve the performance and effectiveness of Eloqua campaigns.
  2. Continuously analyze and monitor campaign data to identify opportunities for improvement.
  3. Lead initiatives for A/B testing, multivariate testing, and other optimization techniques.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategies that enhance audience engagement and conversion rates.
  5. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to inform strategic decisions.
  6. Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in marketing optimization and marketing automation.
  7. Develop and maintain documentation of optimization processes and best practices.
  8. Conduct training and workshops for team members to promote a culture of continuous improvement.
  9. Monitor industry developments and evaluate new tools and technologies that can enhance optimization efforts.





Mandatory Requirements:

  1. 5-7 years of experience in marketing optimization, with a strong focus on marketing automation tools.
  2. Proven experience with Eloqua, including campaign setup, execution, and optimization.
  3. Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools.
  4. Excellent understanding of A/B testing, multivariate testing, and other optimization techniques.
  5. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


Optional Requirements:

  1. Experience with other marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot).
  2. Knowledge of HTML/CSS and email marketing best practices.
  3. Familiarity with CRM systems and their integration with Eloqua.

  2. Proven ability to lead strategic initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
