Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Service Assistant at Mystic Panels and Planks. The role is primarily located in Mumbai, with some flexibility for remote work. The Customer Service Assistant will be responsible for providing support to customers, ensuring their satisfaction, and maintaining excellent communication.

salary 20000 per month

  • Strong problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Previous experience in customer service is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • High school diploma or equivalent
