We are seeking an experienced Salesforce CPQ Billing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Salesforce CPQ with a focus on billing functionalities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Billing Configuration: Configure Salesforce CPQ billing settings to handle various pricing models, discounts, and billing cycles. Ensure accurate and timely invoice generation based on configured rules. Exp in LWC, Integration is must
  • Invoice Management: Oversee the end-to-end invoice process, including the creation, distribution, and tracking of invoices. Ensure all invoices comply with company policies and financial regulations.
  • Revenue Recognition: Implement and manage revenue recognition rules within Salesforce CPQ to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Integration: Work with IT and finance teams to integrate Salesforce CPQ with accounting and ERP systems. Ensure data consistency and accuracy across systems.
  • Process Optimization: Analyze and enhance billing processes to improve efficiency and accuracy. Identify and resolve any issues related to billing discrepancies or errors.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Generate and analyze reports related to billing and revenue. Provide insights and recommendations based on billing data to support financial planning and decision-making.
  • Support & Troubleshooting: Provide support for billing-related issues, troubleshoot problems, and implement solutions to ensure smooth billing operations.
  • Documentation & Training: Develop and maintain documentation for billing processes, configurations, and best practices. Train users on billing functionalities and processes within Salesforce CPQ.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 4+ years of experience with Salesforce CPQ, specifically in billing and revenue management. Proven experience in configuring and managing billing processes. Experience in LWC, integration, is must.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce CPQ, including billing features and configurations. Experience with integration tools and accounting software is a plus.
  • Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of billing, invoicing, and revenue recognition principles. Familiarity with financial reporting and compliance requirements.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret billing data and provide actionable insights.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce CPQ Specialist, Salesforce Administrator) are highly desirable.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy in billing and financial processes.


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with complex billing scenarios and custom billing solutions.
  • Knowledge of integration tools and technologies (e.g., middleware, API integrations).
  • Familiarity with advanced Salesforce features and functionalities related to billing and revenue.
