We are seeking a motivated senior Salesforce Developer to join our team. What You Will Do in This Role

Work collaboratively with business stakeholders, analysts, and other team members to understand requirements, user stories, and technical specifications.

Translate business requirements into technical designs and implement solutions that align with industry best practices and standards.

Design, develop, and implement custom solutions on the Salesforce platform, utilizing Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other relevant technologies.

Develop efficient and scalable code for both front-end and back-end components of applications.

Review page analytics and identify possible improvements in speed and customer experience (CX).

Optimize application performance, troubleshoot, and resolve any technical issues, providing timely support for production systems.

Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and industry trends to ensure solutions remain innovative and competitive.

Learn from and contribute to the team by participating in code reviews, providing constructive feedback, and being open to mentorship.

Understand data security and compliance considerations within the Salesforce Sales Cloud context.

Work on integrating multiple technologies with Salesforce Sales Cloud.

What You’ll Need to be Successful in this Role:

5+ years of years recent hands on experience in designing, customizing, and implementing Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions.

Extensive hands-on experience with Sales Cloud features, including lead and opportunity management, workflow automation, and configuration of sales processes

Expert knowledge with Flows, APEX (classes, triggers, and web services), VisualForce, Salesforce APIs, SOQL, SOSL.

 Expertise in developing Lightning components, using Aura and Lightning Web Components (LWC)

Excellent problem-solving ability; In-depth knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and backend experience with Salesforce integrations.

Takes feedback from code review and apply changes to meet standards 

Experience with GitHub. CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices 

Familiarity with Salesforce.com Governor limits, Lightning UI, Apex, and performance optimization.

Salesforce Certified or equivalent certifications are highly preferred.

Commitment to maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Salesforce releases, updates, and industry best practices.

Strong time management, organizational and team collaboration skills
