Lead Full Stack Developer (Node.js, React, MySQL)Location: MumbaiJob Type: Full-timeExperience: 6–7 yearsIndustry: E-commerce / SaaS / Marketplace PlatformsAbout the RoleXpandifi is hiring a Lead Full Stack Developer to guide a high-performing development team responsible for building integrations, optimizing backend systems, and delivering scalable, secure solutions for international sellers.This is a hands-on leadership role where you will drive end-to-end full stack development, shape architecture, and contribute directly to product strategy.Key Responsibilities• Lead and mentor a team of developers working on marketplace integrations and core platform modules• Design and develop robust, scalable full stack solutions using Node.js, React.js, and MySQL• Own the end-to-end delivery of features from planning and architecture to deployment and monitoring• Build and maintain integrations with major e-commerce marketplaces, payment gateways, and logistics systems• Manage and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or Jenkins• Oversee deployment and infrastructure management on Azure and AWS• Conduct code reviews, enforce clean coding practices, and ensure performance and security standards• Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and QA to ensure feature usability and consistency• Implement and refine agile practices such as sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming• Contribute to system documentation, architecture diagrams, and developer onboarding materialsRequired Skills & Experience• 6–7 years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer• Strong backend expertise with Node.js and Express.js• Solid frontend experience with React.js (Angular also acceptable)• Proficient in MySQL, including database design and query optimization• Experience building and deploying CI/CD pipelines• Practical experience with Azure and AWS cloud services (EC2, S3, Lambda, App Services)• Familiar with microservices architecture, Docker, and RESTful APIs• Background in e-commerce, marketplace, logistics, or warehouse integrations• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and technical leadership• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skillsNice to Have• Experience with serverless architectures or Kubernetes• Familiarity with caching solutions (Redis)• Knowledge of DevSecOps or platform security best practices• Contributions to open-source or tech communityWhy Join XpandifiYou’ll be building the technology foundation for Xpandifi’s seller portal, a global system that connects marketplaces, logistics, and payments into one powerful platform.
