As a Cloud Pioneer at Rapid Circle, you will work with our customers on different projects. For example, making impact in the healthcare sector, by making research data safely available. But also, awesome projects in the manufacturing or energy market make this job very challenging.

Job Description :


Gather and analyze business requirements from clients to design and implement

Dynamics 365 CE solutions.

Customize and configure D365 CE entities, forms, views, workflows, and business

rules to meet client needs.

Functional Project Operations Experience is a must.

Develop, customize, and maintain Power Platform solutions, with a primary focus on Dynamics 365.

Design and develop Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps to meet business requirements.

Utilize Dataverse (formerly Common Data Service) to model and manage data within Power Platform applications.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze needs, and propose innovative solutions leveraging the Power Platform.

Configure and customize D365 entities, workflows, business process flows, and other related components.

Develop custom plugins using .NET for extending the functionality of Dynamics 365.

Integrate Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft technologies and third-party applications as needed.

Conduct unit testing, troubleshooting, and debugging of Power Platform applications to ensure high performance and reliability.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers as required.

Stay updated on the latest developments in the Power Platform ecosystem and recommend best practices for implementation.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  2. 6-8 years of hands-on experience in developing solutions within the Microsoft Power Platform.
  3. Strong proficiency in Dynamics 365, including configuration, customization, and development.
  4. Extensive experience in designing and building Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps.
  5. Expertise in working with Dataverse for data modeling and management.
  6. Solid understanding of .NET framework and experience in developing custom plugins for Dynamics 365.
  7. Proficiency in Power Automate (formerly Microsoft Flow) for workflow automation.
  8. Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, both technical and non-technical.
  9. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  10. Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills, with a proactive and results-driven approach.
