As a Cloud Pioneer at Rapid Circle, you will work with our customers on different projects. For example, making impact in the healthcare sector, by making research data safely available. But also, awesome projects in the manufacturing or energy market make this job very challenging.

We also have a lot of in-house knowledge (MVPs) within the Netherlands, Australia, and India. Must Haves:


  • Minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience in Dynamics 365 CE implementation and customization.
  • Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 CE modules including Sales, Marketing, and Project Operations
  • Exposure to/knowledge of Dynamics 365 F&O
  • Experience developing custom plugins, workflows, and client-side script (Javascript).
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal



Nice to Have:


  • Certifications on Dynamics 365 CE or Power platform
  • Expert knowledge of Dynamics 365 Project Operations (formerly D365 PSA)
  • 2+ years of Dynamics 365 Project Operations/Project Service Automation experience



Role and Responsibilities:


  • This is a hands-on (design and development) and wide-ranging role where you are expected to flex your technical and professional skills.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements from clients to design and implement Dynamics 365 CE solutions.
  • Customize and configure D365 CE entities, forms, views, workflows, and business rules to meet client needs.
  • Integrate Dynamics 365 CE with other systems and applications using APIs, web services.
  • Design and implement data migration strategies to move data into Dynamics 365 CE from legacy systems or other platforms.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on Project Operations (formerly PSA) Projects
  • Provide training and support to end-users, administrators, and stakeholders on using Dynamics 365 CE features and functionalities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, testers, and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
  • Stay updated with the latest features, updates, and best practices in Dynamics 365 CE through training, certifications, and community forums.
  • Participate in pre-sales activities such as preparing proposals, conducting demos, and presenting solutions to potential clients.
  • Design and develop custom Power Apps canvas apps, model-driven apps, and portals to meet business needs.
  • Configure and customize Power Automate (formerly Microsoft Flow) workflows to automate business processes and integrate with other systems.
