About the Company:

Perfios helps in re-modelling financial processes in Banks and other Financial Institutions by automating financial data aggregation, cleansing, and analysis. Perfios has created a large portfolio of products that cater to multiple verticals in these institutions. These products collect data from multiple sources, clean and curate them, analyze these data, and provide specific insights; that are used in the banks and financial institutions to take critical decisions. We currently work with almost all the Banks, NBFCs, and Fin Techs in India in some of these verticals. We are also expanding to other geographies and growing at an immense rate. Open API Solutions are solutions built on open rails such as Account Aggregator (AA), Open Credit Enablement Network (OCEN), etc. These solutions are deployed for various banks both on cloud and on-prem.


About the Role:

We are looking for application support resources who can work from the bank’s premises in Delhi and perform the application support for Perfios solutions.


Responsibilities:

  • Ownership of the application deployed on-prem for a bank
  • Providing software application support under the supervision of the Senior Engineer.
  • Performing analysis on software application functionality, application monitoring, and suggesting improvements.
  • Ensuring effective front-end and back-end functionality of applications.
  • Consulting with the software development team, internal users, and clients to improve application performance.
  • Managing application migration across environments to ensure continued and synchronized functionality.
  • Manage monthly and adhoc product releases
  • Manage DC/DR migrations
  • Establishing the root causes of application errors and escalating serious concerns to the Senior Engineer.
  • Keeping a record of configuration changes and scheduling application updates.
  • Documenting processes and monitoring application performance metrics.
  • Providing front-end support to clients and colleagues in other departments.


Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer science, information technology, information systems, computer engineering, or similar with 1-2 years of experience.
  • Familiarity with logs reading, Java, Oracle & linux.
  • Demonstrable experience as an application support engineer in a related field.
  • Ability to manage code migration, document configuration changes, and monitor performance.
  • Exceptional ability to provide front-end support to internal departments and web based

clients.

  • Advanced proficiency in determining the causes of applicaton errors and repairing
  • them.
  • Ability to keep up with innovation in applicaton design.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
