Role Description


This is a full-time remote role for a Junior Associate (Corporate Law). As a Junior Associate, you will be responsible for providing legal advice, assistance, and support to fee earners in accordance with UAE and GCC Laws. Your day-to-day tasks will include conducting legal research, preparing legal documents, and analyzing legal issues.


Qualifications


  • PQE of 1-2 Years in Corporate Law
  • Ability to handle wide-ranging matters which may go beyond Corporate Law as and when required
  • A degree equivalent to a JD/LLB
  • Experience in Mergers and Acquisitions
  • Experience in Drafting Contracts, MOA, and other legal documents
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to provide sound legal advice and guidance
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Eager to embrace new challenges and opportunities
  • Strong work ethics
  • Previous experience of UAE Laws would be a plus
