With operational hydrogen plants across India, we’re accelerating the shift toward a cleaner, circular, and more energy-efficient world.Role SummaryWe’re looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer who can bring ideas to life — from concept to CAD to real-world systems. You’ll design, model, and prototype key mechanical components that drive our bioreactor-based hydrogen production systems.If you’re passionate about designing sustainable technologies and want to see your work make a real-world impact, this role is for you.What You’ll DoDevelop detailed 3D models, assemblies, and technical drawings for process and reactor systems.Take ownership of designs from paper to computer to fabrication.Apply strong fundamentals in mechanics, dynamics, and load analysis to ensure robust and reliable performance.Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, and operations teams to convert innovative designs into functional systems.Support simulations and structural validations where required.Optimize designs for manufacturability, efficiency, and scalability.What We’re Looking For2–4 years of experience in 3D modeling, assembly, and drafting.Hands-on proficiency in SolidWorks or Fusion 360.Solid understanding of mechanical engineering principles — statics, dynamics, and structural loads.Proven experience taking a design from concept to physical build.Good to Have:Exposure to fluid dynamics, simulations (CFD/FEA), and manufacturing technologies.Experience in energy systems, bioreactors, and industrial equipment design is a plus.Why You’ll Love Working With UsDirect impact: Work closely with the core founding team shaping India’s green hydrogen revolution.Flexible work hours – we focus on outcomes, not clock-ins.Competitive compensation aligned with your experience and expertise.Purpose-driven culture – every design you create contributes to a sustainable, cleaner planet.Growth & learning – exposure to R&D, prototyping, and real-world clean energy systems.
