The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving project sales targets, managing client relationships, mentoring the sales team, and ensuring superior customer experience from enquiry to handover. This role demands a strong understanding of the real estate market, buyer psychology, and consultative sales processes.Key Responsibilities·        Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company objectives and expand market reach. This involves setting sales quotas, analyzing market trends, and adjusting tactics accordingly.·        Lead, mentor, and manage a team of real estate agents. This includes hiring, training, and performance management to ensure the team meets and exceeds sales targets.·        Generate sales through new and existing clients, negotiate terms, and close deals to meet revenue goals.
