Objective: The Talent Acquisition and Onboarding Specialist is dedicated to managing the recruitment and onboarding process for new hires, coordinating bulk hiring and onboarding activities in line with the organization's ramp-up schedule, and ensuring a smooth integration into the company.

 

"Work with external hiring agencies to ensure recruitment goals are met efficiently and effectively.

Coordinate the entire recruitment process, from identifying needs to onboarding new hires.

Oversee the Client Graduate Hiring process and Intern process for the GCC

Develop and implement an effective onboarding strategy to enhance new hire experience and retention.

Coordinate bulk onboarding sessions, including scheduling, logistics, and delivery of orientation programs.

Work closely with HR, IT, and other departments to ensure all onboarding requirements are met (e.g., equipment distribution, access rights).

Monitor and report on the effectiveness of onboarding programs and make adjustments as necessary.

Provide ongoing support to new hires throughout their integration process."
