### Job Title: Zonal Sales Manager - Women's Ethnic Wear
### Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat
### Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Zonal Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts for our women's ethnic wear brand across the assigned zone. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building and maintaining strong relationships with channel partners, and implementing effective sales strategies. The role demands a passionate leader with a proven track record in channel sales in the apparel or fashion industry, preferably in ethnic wear.
### Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- **Sales Leadership:** Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base in the assigned zone.
- **Channel Management:** Build and maintain strong, long-lasting channel partner relationships. Identify and onboard new channel partners to increase market penetration.
- **Market Analysis:** Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth. Adjust sales strategies based on market feedback and trends.
- **Team Management:** Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve exceptional customer engagement and hit sales targets. Provide ongoing training and support to the sales team.
- **Performance Monitoring:** Monitor performance and efficiency of sales operations, providing timely feedback and coaching to the sales team.
- **Brand Representation:** Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring that the brand's values and identity are effectively communicated and maintained across all sales channels.
- **Inventory Management:** Collaborate with the supply chain and inventory teams to ensure product availability aligns with sales forecasts and channel demands.
- **Reporting:** Provide regular sales reports to the senior management, highlighting sales performance, potential for growth, and market insights.
### Candidate Profile:
- **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. An MBA is preferred.
- **Experience:** Minimum 5-7 years of relevant sales experience in the apparel or fashion industry, with at least 3 years in a managerial role focused on channel sales. Prior experience in women's ethnic wear sales is highly desirable.
