Job Opportunity: Workday HCM Intergration Consultant

Location: Chennai, Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore

Experience: 6-9 Years


Hexaware Technologies is on the lookout for Workday HCM Integration Consultants to join our dynamic team


  • 5+ years of recent Workday Certified experience in Workday Data Conversion with a Workday deployment partner preferred.
  • 5+ years of professional services experience in a client-facing role at a leading consulting firm
  • At least two end-to-end experiences with data conversion processes between Workday/ another ERP to Workday.
  • Hands-on experience with HCM data-gathering workbooks, and data-loading tools (iLoads, Advanced Load, Enterprise Interface Builders (EIBs), Migration Recipes, etc.) and End to end data validations.
  • Proficiency with Python and can make changes to Python code and test.
  • Advanced or Expert proficiency in Excel
  • Experience with legacy ERP data extraction (Oracle, Peoplesoft, SAP) as well as data warehousing, data architecture, and data audits
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to think from a big picture perspective.
  • Ability to build and develop strong client relationships and drive client conversations.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to foster an environment of collaboration and excellence.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training.
