Our operations are rooted in efficient and responsible agriculture practices.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant located in Baran. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for managing executive schedules, coordinating meetings, preparing reports, handling correspondence, and ensuring efficient office operations. Additional tasks include assisting with travel arrangements, managing communication, and supporting executive team members with various administrative duties.QualificationsStrong organizational and time management skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to coordinate and manage meetings and travel arrangementsExperience in preparing reports and handling correspondenceHigh level of discretion and trustworthinessBachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferredPrevious experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role is a plusQualificationsProficient in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and Human Resources (HR) functionsStrong Analytical Skills for data analysis and problem-solvingExperience in administering Employee BenefitsUnderstanding of Business Process optimization and improvementExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldExperience in the mining and metals industry is a plus
