Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling and calendar management for the Executive team
  • Managing HR Operations and organizing employee engagement activities
  • Administrative support for day-to-day operations.
  • Organising meetings, events, and travel arrangements (hotel, flight, car rental, etc.) and co-ordinating expense reports.
  • Ad hoc tasks to meet project and initiative requirements.
  • Efficiently manage the executive team's schedules, ensure deadlines are met, and provide essential administrative support.


Good to Have:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR Operations and Admin
  • Experience in a startup environment is preferable
  • Ability to effectively communicate with senior leaders and stakeholders
  • Demonstrate a high level of discretion in handling confidential information
  • Proactive and enthusiastic, with a can do attitude
  • Exceptional organisational skills
  • People-centric with excellent interpersonal skills
  • High Emotional Intelligence
  • Professional demeanour with the ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership teams
