Job Description:

  • Drafting/preparing agreements, reports, deeds, contracts, replies, letters and other documents as required from time to time from a legal perspective.
  • Get the agreement executed on stamp paper and maintain the agreement with original hard copies as well as scanned copies.
  • Review and negotiate legal agreements for the changes suggested by the counterparty and get it executed.
  • Ensure that all departments of the company are fulfilling legal compliances.
  • Undertaking research on various legal aspects
  • Handle all Litigation, Non-litigation and Arbitration cases, attending various Court Matters/ briefing to Counsel &Advocates.
  • Keep an updated record of legal agreements executed, being negotiated and cases pending with the status on a time to time basis.
  • To ensure effective communication of all backdated effective agreements with the Finance Team.
  • Should be able to drive change in legal process to tighten legal environment and minimize legal risk
  • Should have the ability to understand and evaluate applicable laws and judgment for the given legal situation and can implicate applicable legal provisions fairly in the interest of stakeholders
  • Should be able to bring in solutions to mitigate risks & exposures and be able to negotiate to insure interest of organization.
