This position requires strong analytical skills, knowledge of financial regulations, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.Key Responsibilities:Financial Planning & AnalysisDrive annual budgeting & forecasting.Perform variance analysis and provide actionable insights to senior management.Monitor financial KPIs and prepare dashboards for leadership review.Accounting & ComplianceOversee day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting.Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, tax laws, and regulatory frameworks.Liaise with auditors for statutory, internal, and tax audits.Treasury & Cash Flow ManagementManage cash flow and liquidity planning.Cost Optimization & ProfitabilityIdentify cost-saving opportunities and implement efficiency measures.Support pricing strategies and profitability analysis for new projects.Qualifications & Experience:Commerce Graduate with MBA in Finance.12–15 years of progressive experience in accounts / finance function.Strong accounting knowledge and regulatory compliance.Experience in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.Preferred Industry Background:Media, Advertising, Experiential Marketing, or similar related sectors.
