Job description
HR/Admin Executive responsibilities include managing calendars, making travel arrangements, and preparing expense reports. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have great time management skills, and be able to act without guidance.
We are looking for an Admin Executive to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support our company’s CEO. Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalized and timely support to executive members.
Key Responsibilities:
Organize and maintain office filing systems, both physical and digital, and Manage office supplies and inventory.
Manage and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior leadership staff and Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and cascade accordingly.
Coordinate events, conferences, company events, team team-building activities.
Maintain employee records and ensure all data is accurate and up to date in the HR information system (HRIS).
Assist in payroll processing by collecting necessary data and coordinating with the payroll team.
Handle confidential documents and maintain proper records.
Assist in preparing internal budgets and monitoring office expenses.
Liaise with vendors and service providers for office maintenance.
Manage contracts and negotiations with external suppliers.
Serve as the point of contact for internal and external clients.
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s/Master's degree in business administration or a related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
