Job Description

As a growth marketer you will work towards creating & implementing strategies that help Wednesday generate marketing qualified leads. Your high-level day-to-day activities will include:


  • Research & Strategise: Go beyond the basic demographic, psychographic, and technographic research. Study our ideal customer, the pain points they have and create strategies that you can use to address them.
  • Advertise: Use paid advertisements to address how our services can help our ideal customer persona.
  • Experiment: Run quick weekly experiments through different segmentation techniques to understand what strategies have the most merit.
  • Re-target: Use re-targeting strategies to cross promote our services and expertise to visitors and prior customers.
  • Outbound: Create outbound strategies via email, social media, and other mediums to promote awareness about our expertise and offerings.
  • Partner: Create a partner ecosystem including - ISVs, OEMs, Venture, Angel networks and more.
  • Analyse: Study & analyse the data from each campaign. Use the data to fuel further campaigns.
  • Report: Create dashboards and report details of experiments and the learnings from each using data to your team and upper-management.

Requirements

  • Min 3 years of experience with Growth Marketing
  • Copy writing
  • Experience digital advertisement channels and tools.
  • Experience working with an IT services company is a must.
  • Ability to work with designs and give creative briefs.
