Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Strategic Account Manager in the Wireless Technology BU. The Strategic Account Manager will be responsible for managing key accounts, developing and executing account strategies, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying and driving new sales opportunities, and achieving revenue targets.


Qualifications

  • Experience in the wireless/mobile technology industry.
  • Maintain highest degree of customer connection.
  • Expertise in growing customer accounts organically.
  • Proven track record in strategic account management and sales
  • Ability to develop and execute account strategies, build strong customer relationships, and identify and drive new sales opportunities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience working with Fortune 500 companies is a plus
  • Experience in the software development life cycle and project management is a plus
