Position Summary

Are you ready to transform HR processes through next-gen technology? As a ServiceNow HRSD Developer, you'll be at the forefront of innovation, designing and delivering ServiceNow's HR Service Delivery (HRSD) solutions to streamline workflows and elevate the employee experience. This role blends technical expertise with strategic collaboration to enhance HR operations, integrate systems, and deliver scalable solutions in a dynamic and supportive environment.


What You'll Do

  • Build and Innovate: Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow HRSD modules such as Case and Knowledge Management, Employee Service Center, and Lifecycle Events to optimize HR service delivery.
  • Collaborate with Impact: Partner with stakeholders to analyze business requirements and transform them into robust technical solutions tailored to organizational goals.
  • Customize for Efficiency: Configure workflows, UI policies, client scripts, business rules, notifications, and custom applications to streamline processes and enhance functionality.
  • Integrate Seamlessly: Develop integrations with enterprise systems, leveraging APIs and web services (REST/SOAP) to ensure smooth data flow and process automation across platforms.
  • Solve and Optimize: Troubleshoot technical issues, deliver timely resolutions, and continuously monitor platform performance to ensure reliability and scalability.
  • Data with Integrity: Perform large-scale data imports, validations, audits, and governance to maintain system accuracy and compliance.
  • Empower with Insights: Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide visibility into system performance and HR process efficiency.
  • Stay Ahead: Monitor system releases, patches, and upgrades, ensuring configurations align with ServiceNow best practices and industry standards.
  • Document and Lead: Create technical specifications, training materials, and process documentation. Provide mentorship and technical support as the subject matter expert (SME) for ServiceNow HRSD.


What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, HR Technology, or related field.
  • 4-8 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with a focus on HR Service Delivery (HRSD) modules.
  • Strong technical expertise in ServiceNow platform development, including hands-on experience with:
  • Workflows, UI policies, client scripts, business rules, and notifications.
  • REST/SOAP APIs and data integrations.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot issues and deliver optimized solutions with an analytical mindset.
  • Excellent skills in data governance, reporting, and system performance monitoring.
  • Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and/or HRSD Implementation Specialist preferred.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills with a customer-first mindset.
