Summary of the Role: 26ideas is looking for a passionate and experienced Research Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest and background in both primary and secondary research, thrive in a fast-paced environment working on multiple projects, and have a deep understanding of startups and building ideas from the ground up.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth primary and secondary research to support various projects and startups.
  • Analyze market trends, industry reports, and competitive landscape to provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with different teams to gather and synthesize data for strategic decision-making.
  • Assist in developing business strategies, market entry plans, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Monitor and report on industry developments, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies.
  • Support idea generation and validation processes through rigorous research and analysis.
  • Create a comprehensive research report on ideas (projects) worked on



Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Market Research, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in primary and secondary research methodologies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate meaningful insights.
  • Experience in startups or entrepreneurial environments is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with research tools and software.
  • Knowledge of venture studios or startup ecosystems.
  • Familiarity with financial modeling and business case development.
