Are you an analytical and detail-oriented professional with a passion for market and industry research? We are looking for an Analyst - Industry Research to join our financial education and company research team at Equentis . This role offers a unique opportunity to gain insights into various industries and markets while supporting our financial education initiative.
Key Responsibilities :
Market Research : Gather and analyze quantitative and qualitative data from various sources, including market reports, company filings, industry publications, and proprietary databases. Develop market models and forecasts to support strategic investment and business decisions.
Industry Analysis : Conduct comprehensive industry research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges. Analyze industry value chains, market dynamics, funding trends, product innovation, and regulatory developments to provide strategic insights.
Maintaining Database : Develop and maintain proprietary databases covering companies, macroeconomics, and sectors.
Trend Analysis : Perform in-depth analysis of key market trends, corporate events, and industry developments.
Report Preparation : Create concise reports and strategic presentations on industry outlook, market trends, and critical developments to support our research team.
What We’re Looking For :
Educational Background : Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Experience : 1-3 years of professional experience in market or industry research.
Certifications : CFA or progress towards CFA certification is a plus.
Technical Skills : Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with graphic design skills being an advantage.
Database Skills : Experience with ACE Equity or similar databases.
Analytical Skills : Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to handle complex data.
Independent Work : Ability to work independently with high self-motivation and initiative.
