Job Overview:

As the shift in-charge of FQA (Final Quality Assurance), you will be responsible for leading and managing the overall product inspection activities i.e. both product & packing level. Your role will involve driving the inspection team to comply to product inspection ensuring quality standards, cycle time compliancy/on-time delivery to Production team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure process compliance and ensure yield meets targets.
  • Shift wise yield monitoring – Inspection (FQA).
  • Conduct Daily Meetings.
  • Production MRB Meeting and disposition.
  • Shift wise operator allocation and management – Competency development.
  • OJT and Skill Matrix maintenance of wireless team.
  • PFC, PFMEA & CP periodic review and maintenance, development of process documents.
  • Implementation of E2E process controls based on gaps / improvement requirement.
  • Weekly Quality & Test Reports (Power BI) – FTPY, FPY & RTY.
  • Participate in RCA & Implement corrective actions.
  • Trigger Line stop order in case of abnormalities.
  • Interact with external stakeholders ( Design & CM QA managers ) for problem resolution.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronic & Communication Engineering.
  • 5+ years of experience in supplier telecom of electronic industry.
  • Strong knowledge of electronic components & technologies.
  • Experience in product outgoing inspection, quality standards & requirements, quality assurance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and data-driven decision-making.
  • Familiar to IPC standards & requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at various levels.
  • Familiarity with quality management systems, industry standards.
  • Experience in quality control methodologies, and root cause analysis techniques.
