  3. Strong Experience with service now - ITOM and CMDB In order to integrate with other 3Rd party tools sets

Automation Development JD-


Experience working with manufacturing plant PCN OT and managing IT projects

Developing integration with 3rd party applications using REST webservices

Implementing and enhancing ServiceNow Ansible DevOps platform capabilities like Event Registration and Trigger Email notifications Email Templates Tables and field configurations Reference Qualifiers Database Views reports and dashboards

Well versed with JavaScript

Programming experience with server side and client side APIs Glide Ajax Glide Form Glide System Glide User Glide Record

Have working knowledge in Business Rules Client Scripts UI Policies Script Includes UI Actions etc

Creation extending CMDB tables for storing custom configuration data
