Your role in detail:
Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and maintain the occupancy at the
property.
Manage the day-to-day operations of assigned ZoloStay Property, including guest relations, rent
collection, and property upkeep.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and documentation related to property
management activities, including agreements, maintenance requests, and guest
communications.
Lead and train a team of 1-4 dedicated facilities team members.
Provide excellent customer experience (Buying / Living) to the customers.
Qualifications:
Educational Background : Basic degree holder in Hospitality or related field.
Good Communication skills : Resident Manager need to interact with guests, handle
inquiries, and provide information effectively
Flexibility : Willingness to work flexible shifts, including non-standard hours and openness to
managing daily operations during non-working hours as required
Sales intent : passionately committed to connecting with clients, delivering tailored solutions,
and driving mutual success through sales targets
Customer-centric approach: Focus on understanding and meeting each client's specific
needs to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
