JOB DESCRIPTION
GENERAL SUMMARY
Responsible for commissions process of ASPA sales team and able to run it from end to end. Ability to cover other sales regions.
Key Responsibilities
• Validate that all sales credit and commission payouts comply with policies/sales plans.
• Calculate commissions in accordance with commission plans and agreements on a weekly basis, upload into. the ICM (Varicent) system and conduct audit before payout.
• Ensure timeliness and high accuracy of commissions payments.
• Administer draws and SPIFF payouts; set-up commissions plan at the start of the year in the system.
• Handle questions from the sales field on compensation and manage all escalations; collaborate with Finance, HR and sales management to address any field concerns.
• Develop/improve documentation and support strong internal controls.
Key Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree (Accounting, Finance or Business Administration preferred).
• 3+ of years of sales compensation/commissions experience preferable.
• Meet deadlines in a timely manner; Respond to sales inquiries in a timely manner.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• ICM (Varicent) System knowledge is preferred.
• Ensure all supporting backup is verified to accurately payout commissions.
• Microsoft Excel abilities (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).
• Strong customer service, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and persistent in following-up.
• Able to work independently and exercise discretion with sensitive compensation information.

Working Hours: 10:30am - 7:30pm (May need to be flexible) New Delhi time zone
