Job Description:


  1. Read and analyze reports in order to determine their significance and plan their distribution. Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence and follow up with leadership team for proper closing of enquiries.
  2. Maintain the corporate website.
  3. Maintain company LinkedIn page
  4. File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports. Make corporate presentations and presents on behalf of CEO as and when needed.
  5. Greet visitors.
  6. Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine corporate inquiries.
  7. Perform general office duties such as maintaining records management systems and performing basic bookkeeping work.
  8. Must make and manage CEO’s claim vouchers as per company policies.
  9. Prepare agendas and arrange for committee, board, and other meetings – domestic and international. Manage and maintain executives' schedules.
  10. Liaison with admin to make travel arrangements for executives: Hotel, ticket and Visa.
  11. Conduct research, compile data, and prepare papers for consideration and presentation by executives, committees and boards of directors.
  12. Compile, transcribe, and distribute minutes of meetings.
  13. Attend meetings in order to record minutes. Must maintain confidentiality.
  14. Coordinate and direct office services, such as records and budget preparation, personnel, and housekeeping, in order to aid executives.
  15. Meet with individuals, special interest groups on behalf of executives, committees and boards of directors.
  16. Supervise, train and monitor external staff engaged in cleaning and schedule maintenance of office.
  17. Interpret administrative and operating policies and procedures for employees. Ask for clarification when required. Clarify others when required.
