Job Summary:

We are looking for dedicated Client Service Managers to join our dynamic SMB vertical at Verse Innovation Pvt Ltd, a leading tech-first company with successful products like Dailyhunt, Josh, and more. In this role, you will be the pivotal link between our sales team and clients, ensuring seamless communication and successful delivery of digital marketing campaigns post sales closure to execution and reporting.


Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for clients post-sale, maintaining and strengthening client relationships.

Coordinate with internal teams, including sales, design, SEO, and analytics, to ensure campaign strategies are aligned with client goals.

Prepare and present client presentations, reports, and conduct in-person meetings to discuss campaign progress, results, and strategies.

Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and digital marketing best practices to apply innovative solutions to client portfolios.

Identify opportunities for account growth and collaborate with sales teams to drive additional revenue.

Manage and oversee the campaign lifecycle, including strategy development, execution, monitoring, and optimization, to meet or exceed client objectives.

Provide expert advice and recommendations on a range of digital marketing solutions including SEM, SEO, Social Media, Display Advertising, Email Marketing, and Affiliate Marketing.

Work proactively to address client queries, concerns, and ensure client satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Profound understanding of digital marketing platforms and tools, including SEM (Google Adwords), SEO, Google Analytics, Display Advertising, Email Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, and Social Media Marketing.

At least 2-3 years of experience in client servicing within a digital marketing or ad agency environment.

Exceptional communication, presentation, and client servicing skills.

Proven track record of managing and growing client relationships.

Excellent time management, organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple accounts simultaneously.

A proactive self-starter and strategic thinker with hands-on experience in digital marketing.

Education: Graduate in any field; Postgraduate specialization in marketing or related fields is a plus.

Your day-to-day tasks vary, encompassing everything from updating status reports, coordinating with creative teams on changes, managing account finances, to conducting market research. Maintaining and growing client relationships and managing expectations are core to your role.
