Job Summary:

Brick2wall is seeking an accomplished Chartered Accountant to join our team as AGM – Treasury and Accounts. The ideal candidate will have robust experience in managing treasury operations, financial reporting, and compliance to support the company’s growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Treasury Management:

  • Design and implement treasury strategies to ensure efficient cash flow and working capital management.
  • Manage banking relationships and secure credit facilities.
  • Optimize cash utilization across operations, investments, and debt servicing.

Accounts Management:

  • Lead the preparation of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory regulations.
  • Drive the timely closing of books, budget preparation, and variance analysis.
  • Oversee tax compliance, including GST, TDS, and Income Tax filings.
  • Collaborate with auditors (internal and statutory) to ensure smooth audits and accurate reporting.
  • Implement process improvements in financial reporting and ERP system utilization.

Regulatory Compliance and Governance:

  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and accounting standards (IND AS, IFRS).
  • Establish and maintain a robust internal control environment.

Team Leadership:

  • Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering growth and performance.
  • Work closely with senior management to align financial strategies with business goals.


Key Skills and Competencies:

  • Deep knowledge of treasury management, financial planning, and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in Tally and advanced MS Excel.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
